IS HE SO SMART? ACTUALLY, HE’S A SAP

One thing that confuses me is I keep hearing what a high IQ Donald Trump has.

I was reading one of those clickbait things on Facebook that was counting down the IQs of some of the presidents. I was more than a little stunned to see Ronald Reagan with a 130 IQ and Gerald Ford even a few points higher. One president known to be brilliant was James Garfield, who could write in Latin with one hand a Greek with the other at the same time.

Wild, huh?

Well, when they counted it down to the top of the list, we found that John Quincy Adams, who was president in the 1820s, was first with an IQ of 168.8. That’s very interesting, since he was president more than 100 years before IQ tests existed.

He was a smart guy, though, so seeing him at the top of the list was no shock.

But No. 2 on the list just made me laugh. With an IQ of 156, Trump was the runnerup.

Trump, who left people wondering if he knew how to read during his term in office.

Trump, whose professor in college said he was the dumbest student in the class.

Trump, who has gone to great lengths to prevent people from learning his grades and test scores.

Yeah, that Trump.

Of course, Snopes.com goes to great lengths to explain why the 156 is false.

And when it comes down to it, he just says too many stupid things to be considered smart. Think about this one if you will. Trump hopes to re-establish himself on the political scene by creating a Super PAC (Political Action Committee to raise big money.

Knowing how important the name and acronym are, he came up with Save America PAC.

Or SAP.

What a goober. Following in the footsteps of the late great Rodney Dangerfield, I looked up Trump’s family tree.

Guess what?

He was the Sap.
